CANCELLATIONS

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY:

• A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule your appointment to the next available date.

• If you reschedule or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and another deposit will be required to rebook.

• Please note that you can only reschedule your appointment once on the same deposit. Any more than one reschedule will require a new booking and deposit.

BOOKING A CANCELLATION APPOINTMENT:

• When a client has to cancel or reschedule their appointment, an instagram story will be posted to advertise the free time slot. This can be booked using the ‘Book Now’ button on Gareth’s instagram account. This will also require a booking deposit.

• Gareth does not keep a cancellation list, so advertised appointments are booked on a ‘fist come, first serve’ basis.

• Cancellation appointments are usually last minute bookings, so please ensure you have your designs ready to go, the design fits the required time slot and you have allowed enough time for travel and parking.
